Sentencing Letter To Judge From Client

Please write a letter to the judge and send it to me. This letter will be your statement to the court. You can supplement it at sentencing by speaking directly to the judge if you want. In your letter, please describe your best accomplishments, your best qualities, and what you have done that you are most proud of. Please also describe your short and long term goals. Finally, please write to the judge about why you are a better person now and how you think that you can promote respect for the law in other people. Why do you think that your punishment is just?

I will review your letter and then send it to the judge so he better understands what you have learned from this experience.
